DEBBIE & JESSE BOGGS

Jesse Boggs received his bachelor degree from Appalachian Bible College, a M. Div. from Grace Theological Seminary while also engaging in post graduate studies at Grace. Having been in pastoral ministry for over 35 years, Jesse served as an adjunct pastoral studies professor at Calvary Bible College in Kansas City, MO.

Both Debbie and Jesse Boggs were born and raised in West Virginia and continue to have a deep love for the people in the area. Family roots in the region are one of Jesse’s strongest passions. He bleeds blue and gold when the Mountaineers are on the field in Morgantown, WV. Their history with the Appalachian lifestyle makes it possible to come alongside the area’s kin proclaiming God’s love and aiding in the needs of others.

The two have been together for 48 years, giving life to three children and being the grandparents of 11, and great grandparents of 2. Their entire family has joined them on numerous occasions to fuel Vision Appalachia’s mission of bringing help and hope to Central Appalachia.
